A: There is no minimum! We’re happy to create single custom pieces or bulk orders for events and businesses.

Q: How do I send my artwork or logo?
A: You can send your artwork, logo, or project details through the contact form or email them directly to sales@ksocustomcreations.com. Clean files such as PNG, SVG, PDF, or vector artwork are helpful when available.
Q: How do I request a quote?
A: You can request a quote through our Contact / Get a Quote page or email us directly at sales@ksocustomcreations.com. Please include the product type, quantity, sizes, colors, artwork, deadline, and any special details.
Q: I don’t have a design—can you help me create one?
A: Absolutely! We offer design assistance and can help bring your vision to life. Just give us a description, and we’ll take it from there.
Q: Can you personalize items with names, dates, or messages?
A: Yes! Personalization is one of our specialties. Let us know what you'd like engraved or printed.
Apparel
Q: What apparel brands and sizes do you use?
A: We can source many popular apparel brands, including Carhartt, Eddie Bauer, Nike, Puma, OGIO, Richardson, Yupoong, and other common options. Available brands, sizes, and colors may vary by supplier, but we can help find the best option for your order.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for apparel?
A: Yes! Bulk pricing is available for large group orders, fundraisers, and business uniforms. Contact us for a custom quote.
Laser Engraving
Q: What materials can you laser engrave?
A: We engrave wood, leatherette, slate, coated metal (like tumblers), acrylic, glass, and more. If you’re unsure about a material, just ask!
Q: Will the engraving fade over time?
A: No—laser engraving is permanent and won’t peel or fade like printed designs.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, design, and current production schedule. Smaller orders may be completed quickly, while larger apparel, embroidery, laser engraving, or online store orders may require additional time. If you have a deadline, please include it with your quote request.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Local pickup may be available by arrangement.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
