What is Sublimation?

At KSO Custom Creations we use dye sublimation to create all of our tumblers and glassware. Sublimation creates a gas and is imprinted with the product. This is an ink process where the design is embedded with high heat. Dye-sublimation printing yields beautiful and permanent colors that are embedded in the substrate or fabric, rather than printed on the surface.

How is your apparel made?

Our apparel on cotton is made with DTF (Direct to Film) technology. This allows for the image to be printed clearly and long lasting onto the apparel.

Do you offer embroidery?

We do offer embroidery on some of our apparel. It is noted in the apparel which products allow for embroidery.

What qualifies for free shipping?

Shipping is free to the continental US on all orders $75 or more. Shipping rates apply to any other country. Shipping rates are shown by USPS or UPS.

Is there a minimum order for customized products?

There is no minimum order for customized products. You can order 1 or as many as you would like.

Are there any discounts available?

There is 10% off 4 or more products purchased at one time. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Is there discounts for a large order?

Email us and we will work out a discounted price for orders of 25 or more. This includes anything on the website.

Can you do a rush order?

We have some finished products on hand, but most are made to order. We try to get every order out as soon as possible. We can do rush orders, there would be an additional fee though. Email us if you need a product rushed.

What is your return policy?

We do our best to have 100% customer satisfaction. We ask that anything customized be verified by you and that it is something that you absolutely want. Almost everything in our shop is made to order. We start working on every product within 24-48 hours. If you can contact us within the first 24 hours as to cancelling an order we would attempt to do so.

How fast do orders usually ship?

Orders usually are shipped within 2-3 days of order. Many times the orders are shipped sooner than that.
