A: There is no minimum! We’re happy to create single custom pieces or bulk orders for events and businesses.
Custom Orders
Q: How do I submit a custom design or logo?
A: After placing your order, you’ll be able to upload your artwork or email it to us at [your email]. We accept common formats like PNG, SVG, PDF, or high-res JPG.
Q: I don’t have a design—can you help me create one?
A: Absolutely! We offer design assistance and can help bring your vision to life. Just give us a description, and we’ll take it from there.
Q: Can you personalize items with names, dates, or messages?
A: Yes! Personalization is one of our specialties. Let us know what you'd like engraved or printed.
Apparel
Q: What apparel brands and sizes do you use?
A: We use trusted brands like American Apparel, District, Yupong, and Richardson for hats. Size charts are included on product pages, and we offer youth to extended adult sizes.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts for apparel?
A: Yes! Bulk pricing is available for large group orders, fundraisers, and business uniforms. Contact us for a custom quote.
Laser Engraving
Q: What materials can you laser engrave?
A: We engrave wood, leatherette, slate, coated metal (like tumblers), acrylic, and more. If you’re unsure about a material, just ask!
Q: Will the engraving fade over time?
A: No—laser engraving is permanent and won’t peel or fade like printed designs.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Typical turnaround is 2-3 business days, plus shipping time. Rush options may be available upon request.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Local pickup may be available in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’ll make it right.
Is there discounts for a large order?
Email us and we will work out a discounted price for orders of 25 or more. This includes anything on the website.
Can you do a rush order?
We have some finished products on hand, but most are made to order. We try to get every order out as soon as possible. We can do rush orders, there would be an additional fee though. Email us if you need a product rushed.
What is your return policy?
We do our best to have 100% customer satisfaction. We ask that anything customized be verified by you and that it is something that you absolutely want. Almost everything in our shop is made to order. We start working on every product within 24-48 hours. If you can contact us within the first 24 hours as to cancelling an order we would attempt to do so.
How fast do orders usually ship?
Orders usually are shipped within 2-3 days of order. Many times the orders are shipped sooner than that.
